The discount of 25% is inclusive of VAT and applies to our standard estate agency fee of 1% of the property's sale value. Valuations booked in before February 28th will be eligible for the discount, even if the property is marketed after that date. The discount does not apply to the marketing package, outlays or conveyancing costs. It is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer and can be withdrawn unilaterally at any time.
